I am a neuro-physiotherapist, specialising in post stroke rehabilitation and I joined NeuroPhysio Scotland in 2022. Ever since my first placement in a stroke rehabilitation unit 20 years ago, I knew I wanted to specialise in neurological physiotherapy. I find it extremely rewarding to see the impact that physiotherapy can have, both physically and psychologically on people with neurological conditions.Â

My approach is to work with clients to determine what is important to them, and then provide specific advice and treatments to help them achieve these goals. Although I am there to guide them every step of the way, it is through my clients’ own hard work and determination that this progress is achieved.

Out with work, I spend much of my time running after my 2 children. I enjoy socialising, keeping fit and travelling when I get the chance.
