I’ve been interested in neurophysio from early on in my career, and have worked largely in this area over the last few decades. I love working holistically with people and helping them solve problems. I have a special interests in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and in promoting physio treatments that have good evidence to support them. I’m trained to provide the “Get A Head Start” programme of high intensity exercise for people with newly diagnosed MS.
Outside work I enjoy lying down in a dark room and closing my eyes. Family holidays normally include a tent, rain, midges, hiking and grumpy teenagers!
